Overview of features

This equipment is suitable for heating and sealing the top, bottom and one side of pouch lithium batteries, and can be compatible with both same-side and other-sided tab batteries.

Technical features：

● The aluminum-plastic film and battery cells are fixed by the clamp platform, and the tab has an auxiliary positioning device to ensure the accuracy of the cell position;
● The upper head is driven to seal with a servo motor and cylinders, and the lower head is driven by a cylinder, and the pressure is evenly adjusted;
● The parallelism of the sealing head is adjusted by pulling the top, which is convenient to adjust the parallelism of the seal and ensure the consistency of it;
● There is an independent auxiliary heating device at the tab, and the temperature is independently controllable and adjustable;
● The heating device adopts the main heating element and auxiliary heating element to compensate to control the head temperature; room temperature--260℃;
● Adjustable, can set compensation, control accuracy ±3°C, high and low temperature alarm function;
● It has a safety light curtain and two-button start, as well as an emergency stop button.
