This equipment is suitable for the mass production process of automatic liquid filling and encapsulation of flexible packaging lithium-ion batteries. The main functions of the equipment platform: automatic loading of cartridges, automatic scanning and entry of battery barcodes, manual entry of batch numbers of incoming electrolytes, weighing before liquid injection, air bag flaring, vacuum liquid injection, vacuum standing, vacuum sealing, weighing after liquid injection, NG sorting, battery magazine discharging and other functions. The equipment table adopts a glove box structure, which is filled with protective gas, and the whole machine is used in the conventional workshop, and the front end of the equipment is sealed and docked with the front process equipment.

●The equipment cavity is equipped with an automatic detachment mechanism, which is convenient for the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity;
●The cavity encapsulation station can be rotated 90 degrees, and the head is facing the operation position, which is convenient for cleaning and maintaining the head;
●Liquid injection method: vacuum injection is used to improve the accuracy and stability of liquid injection and the speed of liquid injection;
●The equipment changeover time is ≤30 minutes, and there is 1 changer(except for the time of replacing the electrolyte, and the changeover personnel are required to be proficient in equipment operation);
●Equipment operator: 1 person can operate 3 equipment at the same time (the operator includes visual inspection of the product).
