Overview of features
The equipment is mainly used to cut and form the gap/continuous coating material roll of the lithium-ion battery through the metal mold to make positive and negative electrode pieces, and the collection trough can be used with the stacking machine in the next process
Optional configurations: CCD visual inspection of strip appearance and NG sorting, defective product labeling detection and NG sorting, FFU clean air dust removal system, strip non-contact dust removal, pole piece dust removal.
