Functional overview:
This equipment is suitable for full-automatic packaging of flexible battery, and its functions include: unwinding aluminum-plastic film → dust removal →length cutting→ shell punching → cutting → shell entering turntable → folding in half → cutting top edge; Automatic feeding of bare cells →CCD detection and sorting → plastic positioning → entering the shell → top sealing (including tab correction) → side sealing → corner sealing → insulation testing → side cutting → code spraying → code scanning and NG sorting → coating → semi-finished product blanking and other functions.
Technical features:
● Automatic deviation correction of coil and tension control of aluminum film floating roller.
● Longitudinal cutting of aluminum film
● Servo shell punching with adjustable depth.
● The left and right corners of the battery are packaged separately.
● Test, spray code, NG sorting and independent placement.
● Erect plate cantilever placement of inflatable shaft
● Fine-cut top and edge sealing to ensure alignment;
● CCD detection and sorting of bare battery incoming materials;
● Automatic correction of tab in front of the package;
● Fine-cut side sealing edge;
● Each segment of data can be seamlessly connected with MES system.
