Functional overview
This machine is suitable for the production process of automatic packaging of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries. Main functions: connecting with the glue winding machine (feeding from the plastic suction tray filled with batteries to the top sealing machine), preheating and pressing the bare battery, taking photos with CCD (positioning), folding the tab, scanning the code on the tab (front and back), servo punching, robot arm grabbing the bare battery into the pit, top sealing, side sealing, side cutting, corner pre-sealing, short circuit testing, code spraying, battery scanning and CCD measurement.
Technical features:
● Automatic rectification of aluminum-plastic film coil;
● Deep punching of aluminum-plastic film after single cutting;
● Linear conveying 2 sets of folding clamps;
● CCD camera + robot bare battery into the pit;
● Forward/reverse or vertical/horizontal code spraying and code scanning of the battery;  
● Inflatable shaft vertical cantilever placement;
●Automatically hit the fold line;
● Hot pressing of bare batteries;
● Boundless positioning of battery;
● CCD detects battery size.
