Functional overview:
The equipment is suitable for the mass production process of trimming, double folding, glue dripping and edge ironing of polymer batteries. The main functions include: code scanning, side shaping, trimming and corner folding, primary folding, primary hot pressing, glue dripping, CCD detection, secondary folding, side hot and cold pressing, discharging clamping and shaping, blanking and so on. The equipment is compatible with three-in-one, and the three-in-one folding directly uses two-fold roller folding, which is compatible with the production of single and double pit batteries. The seller shall cooperate with the docking of the two sealing manipulator (the pulling belt extends into the equipment of the two sealing machines), and discharge the materials to the pallet and complete the docking of AGV or logistics line.
