Function overview

This equipment is suitable for automatic ultrasonic welding of flexible packaging power battery lamination/winding cell. It has the functions of pre-welding/post-welding short circuit test of the cell, automatic loading and welding of the pole ear, cutting of the pole ear after welding, bending of the pole ear, burring of the welding printing surface, attaching protective adhesive to the welding printing surface, and automatic sorting of OK/NG products.
Each function performance is mature, modular design, flexible configuration according to user needs.

Technical features:

● Flexible docking of incoming materials before welding (pull belt, material frame, front equipment unloading place);
● Incoming materials can be configured with hot press test, automatically eliminate incoming bad cells;
● Each key process can choose mechanical or CCD mode for cell positioning;
● Pre-welding can be configured with sheet material or coil material (automatic fixed length cutting) protection sheet automatic welding;
● Pre-welding and final welding process with positive and negative electrode identification and special dust removal function;
● Ultrasonic welding firm, no virtual welding, no shock powder, no damage diaphragm, no hot insulation glue, no shock cracking foil;
● CCD can be configured to detect the pole ear position accuracy;
● According to customer needs to configure a variety of welding surface adhesive (flat paste, L-paste, Z-paste);
● Can be configured according to customer needs pole ear bending + dispensing fixed;
● All auxiliary materials can be refueled without stopping;
● After welding, the battery cell unloading method is flexible (pull belt, material frame, and the loading place of the equipment in the rear section);
● The whole machine control system flexible design, with automatic diagnosis, automatic repair function;
● The project data in the production process can be seamlessly connected with the MES system.
