Function overview

The machine is suitable for the mass production process of automatic liquid injection package of flexible lithium-ion battery. The main functions of the machine are: frame loading, automatic scanning and input of battery bar code, manual input of electrolyte batch number, weighing before liquid injection, vacuum injection, vacuum standing, vacuum packaging, weighing after liquid injection, NG sorting, material frame discharging and other functions.

Technical features:

● The equipment cavity is equipped with an automatic disengagement mechanism, which is convenient for the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity;
● The cavity packaging station can be rotated 90 degrees, and the head is facing the operating position for easy cleaning and maintenance of the head;
● Injection mode: ceramic piston injection, improve injection accuracy and stability and injection speed, can work continuously for 30 days without cleaning the piston sleeve;
● Stable performance: the package structure can maintain the stability of the seal for 3 months;
● Fast replacement time: ≤4 hours, 2 transition personnel (except for electrolyte replacement time, replacement personnel are required to be skilled in equipment operation)
● Low replacement cost, the fixture adopts screw adjustment, the fixture does not need to replace parts. The robot adopts servo loading and unloading, and the parameters can be changed, and the other parts are replaced less;
● There is a liquid box under the injection needle to prevent dripping;
● The liquid injection chamber, vacuum chamber and sealing chamber are equipped with a shunt plate and vacuum throttle valve to control the vacuum flow, prevent the electrolyte atomization, the electrolyte will be drawn out of the air bag and pollute the battery cell;
● The liquid injection chamber, static chamber and sealing chamber are made of lip sealing ring made of EPDM material, which has good air tightness, corrosion resistance and good pressure retention effect.
