Feature overview 
The equipment is mainly used for the production of automatic vacuum secondary variable liquid injection of square aluminum shell power lithium battery. It has conveyor belt feeding, code scanning before liquid injection (and bound to the first liquid injection data), automatic rotation and pulling into nails, weighing before liquid injection, sorting and collection of defective products, automatic liquid injection fixture, sealing detection before liquid injection, automatic vacuum variable liquid injection, high and low pressure cycle standing, liquid injection cup residue collection, liquid injection cup and liquid injection nozzle cleaning, liquid injection belt clamp after liquid injection, weighing after liquid injection, automatic liquid injection port DMC cleaning, CCD/b13>Functions such as positioning sealing nails on helium return, sealing nail detection, and conveyor belt discharge. 

Technical features:
● The equipment adopts vacuum injection, high and low pressure breathing standing; 
1)The heavy-duty turntable rotating bearing is used to support the turntable, and the servo control turntable transmission speed replaces the original cam splitter transmission and avoidance
● The equipment is free of turntable deformation during use, and the pressure retention of the cavity cannot meet the process requirements;
● The liquid injection fixture of the equipment is equipped with an automatic clamping function to prevent the battery from being deformed during the production process;
● The equipment is equipped with a wireless mobile secondary screen for easy maintenance and operation;
● The liquid injection cup of the equipment is made of special glass, and the situation in each cup can be clearly seen during the production process;
● Before liquid injection, the injection cup and liquid injection nozzle cleaning system are added to improve the liquid injection accuracy and avoid secondary pollution caused by the liquid injection nozzle to the battery;
● After liquid injection, the liquid injection nozzle is added to connect the residual liquid system to avoid the electrolyte liquid from polluting the battery shell;
● The injection nozzle adopts a tapered inlay type to avoid the battery injection port step, and the electrolyte at the right-angle connection cannot be cleaned.
